19 other photographers from The Bloom Forum and I have joined together to challenge each other on a theme every week. Each one of us will link to one other photographer’s unique vision. Some of my favorite themes … b&w , simple, shoes and love.
I used to love fashion and shopping all. the. time. These days, my investment in fashion has taken a backseat to my investment in lens and cameras. However, I love to shop for Brooks. While shopping I am always thinking of what it would look like in photographs. I look for interesting colors, layers, and textures. Up to this point, he doesn’t mind me picking out his clothes … yes, I know that won’t last forever, but I’m enjoying while it lasts.
One piece of ‘fashion’ that I was looking forward to purchasing (and photographing) were these Hunter wellies. I LOVE Hunter wellies! Ms. G’s mama, the crazy talented Brenda Acuncius of F8 Kids Studio, the Bloom Workshop and Bloom Forum, also shared my love for Hunter wellies.
Last week when I was in Texas at the Face2Face workshop, we were able to photograph these two cuties together. I wish I had the shot that showed the view from their side … 20 cameras clicking away.
