This week’s theme for fifty-two on Friday is love!

Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite days of the year! I love going out each year and doing a session with Brooks for his Valentine’s Day card. Last year, one of my favorite sessions with him was his heart breaker session at this same field. We had so much fun and he totally learned how to rock the camera! It was during that session that I figured out my style!
This year, we raced to the field because the sun was just about to go down past the mountains. I found a tiny patch of grass where the sun just touched a bit and asked Brooks to quickly sit down. I got about 5 frames shot before the sun was gone and this was the first one. I LOVE it!
Brooks was in heaven to be sipping a bit of soda … which he drank so fast it made his eyes water. :)
I purchased the cutest Valentine templates from Jamie Schultz and used a couple of these images for his card.
