Every fall when it’s time to pick out costumes, I try to (gently) steer Brooks toward something fun and different (and interesting for me to photograph)! When I suggested he could be the Mad Hatter from Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, he jumped at the idea! Both of us LOVE the movie and thought it would be perfect!
Last week Brooks asked if we could go out and take pictures (swoon … I know), we decided to do a Halloween session at our favorite pumpkin patch … Bate’s Nut Farm!
He helped with this whole session by letting me know all the fun things he could do to show the personality of the Mad Hatter.
(have you joined my brand new Jules Trandem Photography page on Facebook? a great way to keep updated)
Here’s the Mad Hatter …
While we were driving to the pumpkin patch, I asked him what treat he would like if he cooperated for the session … he chose pumpkins.
Check out part of the stash he took home …12!
